Xbox Live Marketplace

In 2008, Xbox approached us to build a web destination that would allow players to purchase games anywhere and have them queue for download with their Xbox 360.

Summary

I worked closely with insights teams at Xbox to understand the player intimately. We discovered that there was an unmet need for players who wanted to purchase games online to have them downloaded, patched, and ready to play once they were home. This was the first experience of its kind which was quickly cloned by other first party developers. I created a simplified experience that allowed players to find games, authenticate, purchase, and download their favourite games.
